Also, provide technical support to Member States to prepare for mitigating risks of priority infectious hazards.

Supporting capacity building for risk mitigation of high threat pathogens in Member States. Also, collaborate with other units within WHO’s Health Emergency (WHE) department in areas pertinent to risk mitigation, especially related to laboratory, zoonotic diseases and human -animal interface.
